About Us
History
Divas Read 2 was established as a 501C(3) in 2017. We are building Readers "One book At A Time" with our various events and programs.
1. We fundamentally believe that the ability to read transforms lives and changes outcomes for children, women and communities. We want every child and adult to experience the joy and power of becoming a lifelong reader and we are focused on this mission.
2. We know that service and volunteerism really does work. We mobilize and intentionally nurture our community to make a difference.
3. We encourage, appreciate and celebrate each other. We embrace joy, diversity and laughter in our work as an all-volunteer organization.
